What to include

Four things let us answer in one go instead of three:

  • Platform: iOS or Android, and the OS version.
  • Vessly version: shown at the very bottom of Settings.
  • Device model, for example Pixel 7 or iPhone 15.
  • A screenshot of the screen or the error message.
